T-bone steak is a particularly tender and tasty piece of meat. The bone gives the meat a lot of flavor. This piece of meat combines part of the filet mignon and the strip loin. Note: Due to the fact that we are using full lanyards, in the crate there are 2 T-bones with large fillets, 2 with medium fillets and 2 with small fillets.
