After defrosting for 20 minutes, cook the cutlets in a pan over high heat for 1 minute on each side, without adding any fat. They can also be cooked frozen over medium heat for 3 minutes per side, without adding fat. The product must be golden on the surface. Season to your liking. Mulard ducks born and raised in Quebec without antibiotics, without hormones, fed 100% vegetable grain. Air cooled.

Quebec foie gras cutlets The ducks are raised without Vaccine and without antibiotics (the meat is therefore natural). The diet of our ducks is 100% vegetable, with an optimal rate of high quality corn. Mulard duck is naturally very greedy and therefore requires specific nutrition. The relationship we have built with agricultural producers allows us to provide the best food for our animals.
