Ingredients

ATLANTIC SALMON FONDANT PAVED 135GR. The fondant pavé has undergone a light cooking during the smoking step, giving it a ham flavor and a delicate texture which distinguishes it favorably from commonly cold smoked salmon.
ROASTED ATLANTIC SALMON PAVÉ 135GR. : The fillets are smoked and roasted using a « Kippering » type process. You will be won over by its spicy flavor enhanced by our subtle maple wood smoking. A versatile product, roast smoked salmon comes as it is as a starter, on canapes, as a sauce on pasta, as a salad, as a garnish on an omelet or on pizza!
RAINBOW TROUT ROAST PAVED 135 GR. : Hot smoked during complete cooking. Its intense and dark color announces a very different taste from salmon. Among other things, trout is less fatty than salmon. The smoked trout roast is suitable for canapes, starters; a real discovery in cream sauce on pasta.
