CALCIUM SILICATE & VEGETABLE OIL CANOLA (MANUFACTURED VEGETABLE OIL). MAY CONTAIN: WHEAT, MILK, MUSTARD, SULPHITES. Cooking Method: Cook to an internal temperature of at least 165 ºF (74 ºC). Deep fryer: Preheat the oil and fry for 6 to 8 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 ºF (190 ºC). Bake in a baking dish. Frozen: 30 to 40 min. Thawed: 20 to 30 min. Turn halfway through cooking. Brush with sauce before cooking if desired. Suggested cooking method. May vary depending on the oven.
